Returns & Exchanges

At Esmé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
